(Special Citizens Area Transit)

SCAT is personalized, pre-arranged transportation for older adults and people with disabilities in Summit County. Eligibility requirements include:

• 62 years old and on a limited income or pension
• 65 years or older
• require use of walker, crutches, cane or other mobility aid
• require use of wheelchair
• unable to use regular bus service due to vision, hearing or psychological impairment
